As we review our medical health and figure out how we are going to stay healthy in 2015 I have one suggestion and that is to live life to the fullest. This all starts by trying to stay stress free. I know it is easier said than done but you must make an effort to reduce your stress level by either routinely exercising or by avoiding things that increase your intensity level. Some stress is good but too much of anything to can be deadly. Please make an effort to become aware of your stress by focusing on your health.
